Neu-Servo Repairs Ltd offers complete repair service for AC and DC servo motors and spindles to all areas of industry, throughout the UK . We have designed our Bromsgrove service centre to meet the demands of the industries that now rely on servo motors to maintain their production. We have the facilities to fully test encoder, resolver and tacho feedback packages to OEM Specifications. Our team has been repairing servo and spindle motors for over 20 years and all our technicians have been factory trained by major servo motor manufacturers. |

Our workshop is equipped with a remagnetising unit, which enables us to replace vital magnetism that may have been lost due to failure or during the repair process. Our engineers remagnetise permanent magnet field frames back to original manufacturer's specification. All of our engineers have full knowledge of the relationship between magnets and servo motor performance. |

Our workshop is also fully equipped with a hot steam wash to fully clean all stator, armature and field windings, a large Airflow gas fired oven to dry out washed items and a fully equipped machine shop to reclaim worn surfaces with metal spray, skim commutators, make and machine new parts etc where required.
Neu-Servo Repairs offer free evaluation of your repair, depending on the complexity of the servo motor, we easily spend in excess of 2 hours evaluating your servo – at no cost to you at all. How can we do this? – Its simple, because of quick turnaround time and competitive prices, most motors we evaluate and quote are passed and approved for repair. When a repair cost exceeds the price of a new motor we will try and offer a replacement unit.
